Clean surfaces of ALL existing sealant, dust and dirt
Ensure all areas of application are dry, even light moisture affects the end result
Cut the tip of cartridge, just above the screw thread, at a 45-degree angle, and at a joint width to suit the area you’re applying the silicone to
After screwing the nozzle onto the cartridge, insert into your silicone gun
Apply with even pressure for the best finish
Within 5 minutes of application, use a silicone finishing tool to remove imperfections
Allow room to breathe, and make sure it’s free from dust while the sealant dries
Allow a minimum of 24 hours for the silicone to dry
